3) (15 – 6) + (4 – 1) x 23

But before that, let us understand the things that we need to follow when it comes to PMDAS/GMDAS:

To perform a series of operations on whole numbers involving more than two operations using PMDAS or GMDAS rules:
Rule 1:
Perform the operations within each pair of grouping symbols (parenthesis, brackets, and braces) beginning with the innermost pair.

= 184 ÷ 2 - 5

Bago simulan ang computation, tingnan muna kung dalawa ang operations sa loob. Kung ang mga operations ay nabibilang sa iisang group, maaari na itong i-compute (left to right o sundin ang "whichever comes first".). Kung katulad naman sa itaas na ang dalawang operations ay kabilang sa magkaibang group, (2 x 7 + 52), ang x ay sa group 2 at ang + ay sa group 3, unahin muna ang nasa group 2 bago ang nasa group 3.
(2 x 7 + 54) => 14 + 54 => 68
(2 x 7 muna, at isunod ang + 52) -> (2 x 7) + 52

Mula sa computation kanina, magiging ganito na ang expression:
= 4 + 68
Since iisang operation na lang ang natira, madali na itong masagutan. :)
