An argument tries to persuade the other person

to agree with or understand your point of view.

When writing about your point of view, it is

important to use an opening sentence in your

paragraph to clearly state the topic, summarise

both sides of the argument and briefly state your

opinion. This paragraph is usually about four

sentences long.
