Remember...
When writing a concept paper we must always remember that we are defining a concept or a principle. We are essentially informing our readers. Typical with any form of expository discourse, our writing must follow a logical flow. That is, there should be an introduction, a body, and a conclusion.

CONCEPT PAPER
Marcial et al. (2018) have cited definitions of concept paper coming from different persons:
According to Spickard (2005), a concept paper should effectively summarize a research project, as well as help the reader understand the subject of inquiry and its relevance.
Regoniel (2012) defines a concept paper on a specific topic that expresses your ideas.
As an academic or professional paper, it clarifies meaning and/or explains the principle behind an idea or a formulation, according to Dadufalza (1996).

3. Delineation of the parts of a structure, the levels of a system, the stages of a method, or procedure, the elements in a pattern of behavior

Generalization / Take away
By defining and clarifying concepts, we hope to reduce uncertainties and misunderstandings. By providing empirical data, we hope that it would lead others to new discoveries. By explaining certain phenomena, we hope that others would gain a wider and more informed perspective of the people and the world around us.
