Computers - how to put pictures from a search engine into another program

​Open your browser

​Choose a search engine (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc)

Click in the search block and type in what you are searching for.

​Click on the appropriate or best suggestion that comes up.

Click on the Images tab just below the search box.

Click the image that you would like to put into your Google Doc.

Right-click the image.

​From the context menu, click on "Copy image"

Open Google Docs or any other target program (Microsoft Word, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.)

​Right-click on the background of the page/slide.

​From the context menu, click on "Paste"

I have used Google Docs as my program of choice so that I have sharing options for group projects.

​You can choose any other program you wish (Microsoft Word, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc)

If you are pasting multiple pictures, you may want to move them around the document to place them.

​Click on the picture and from the wrapping options, choose either "in front of text" or choose "behind text", depending on your needs.

​This step will follow you to move the pictures around.
