Materials for the course:
White or grey school appropriate shirt
Blue school appropriate gym shorts or sweat pants
Gym shoes
******No boots, crocs, heels, sandals, flip flops, vapormax (gym), boat shoes, slippers, etc.*****

Grading
*12 points for dressing out
*20 points for dressing out and participating
*8 points for walking on days you don’t dress out
*20 points for completing Mile Monday
*0 points for sitting/standing/not participating
*0 points for not dressing out on gym days
*additional grades will come from quizzes, tests, and class activities

Absences:
*After your 5th absence in a nine weeks, complete a one pager. Instructions are located below and in the welcome section in the class notebook.
Create a One Pager for a famous athlete. The one pager can be hand written or done digitally. It must be colorful with the athlete's name big and centered. It must include information about where the athlete attended college, professional teams, stats, charitable contributions, and any accolades the athlete have been recognized for. It can be turned in to your teacher or emailed.

Gym Days....
*Line up in attendance lines in front of the gym.
*Those that are completely dressed out will be allowed to participate.
*Those not dressed will sit in the bleachers. Vapor Max are among the shoes permitted in the gym.
* No backpacks, cell phones, lap tops, head phones, ear buds, or other electronic devices permitted in the gym unless there's preauthorization from your teacher.
*ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD/DRINK IN THE GYM
