Merumuskan syarat untuk berlaku pembakaran.
Pembakaran bermaksud tindak balas yang berlaku apabila suatu bahan dipanaskan dengan kehadiran oksigen dan membebaskan tenaga haba dan tenaga cahaya.

Setiap pembakaran mesti bermula dengan 3 bahan utama iaitu

2. BAHAN API
