Animal control officers use special tools to catch stray dogs. These tools include the "catcher." The officer puts it around the dogs neck very quickly. Now, the dog is caught with the catcher! What do Animal control officers do with the dogs after they catch them? They take them to the pound. Now, kind people can adopt the dog to give it a loving home.
