Meaning 1: to complain in an annoying, crying voice
e.g. ‘I want to go home,’ whined Toby.
Meaning 2: to make a long, high, unpleasant sound because you are in pain or unhappy
e.g. The dog whined and scratched at the door.
whine + ing = whining

deed -- /diːd/
Meaning: deed something to somebody to give somebody property or rights using a deed
e.g. He deeded the property to his wife shortly before his disappearance.
deed can be a noun OR verb

Plead -- /pliːd/
to ask somebody for something in a very strong and serious way (similar as beg)
plead (with somebody) (to do something) She pleaded with him not to go.
plead (with somebody) (for something) I was forced to plead for my child's life.
plead to do something He pleaded to be allowed to see his mother one more time.
