Aromaterapi ialah rawatan yang menggunakan titisan minyak pati tumbuhan. Aromaterapi dilakukan dengan cara urutan di badan, dihidu wapnya atau dititiskan ke dalam air mandian. Rawatan aromaterapi memberikan kesan positif kepada emosi dan psikologi individu. Sebagai contoh, minyak pati lavender mampu memberikan ketengan minda. Khasiat pati tumbuhan lada hitam dan serai wangi pula boleh melancarkan peredaran darah.
