Danger! Earthquakes has a map on pages 38–39. This map

helps me understand the text better because it shows me where there

is earthquake activity in the United States and how much damage

earthquakes have caused in different parts of the country. When I look at the map, I can quickly see which parts of the country have suffered major damage from earthquakes.
