• Do NOT place too much text

• Use appropriate font sizes and styles

2. Media Elements

• Use graphics to make it appealing

• Do NOT place too much media elements on one slide

• Use of WHITE SPACE

Background and Colour

• Use sufficient contrast between text and background

• Avoid using too many colours
