¿Qué es renovación anticipada?

Es la liquidación de un crédito en banca comunal, efectuada antes del plazo de vencimiento del contrato, y que permite un nuevo desembolso con escalonamiento incluido

¿QUIENES PUEDEN ACCEDER A UNA RENOVACION ANTICIPADA?

Las bancas comunales que por lo menos estén cerrando su 4to ciclo y empezando el quinto, primer y segundo ciclo no son sujetos de este beneficio
para eso, la banca debe haber cumplido cuando menos el 50% de sus cuotas (por ejemplo, 4 de 8, 5 de 10, etc.)

REQUISITOS DE UNA RENOVACION ANTICIPADA

HABER CANCELADO HASTA EL MOMENTO DE EFECTUAR LA RENOVACION, LA TOTALIDAD DEL CAPITAL, INTERESES Y CARGOS GENERADOS HASTA ESA FECHA.
QUE EL 70% DE LAS SOCIAS DEL CICLO ANTERIOR SEAN PARTE DEL NUEVO CICLO.
