Making Money Decisions

How someone spends can be very different from person to person. Here are some things that can change how someone spends or saves their money

Their age

Their job

How much schooling they have had

Where they live

Culture or ways of spending and saving that they grew up with

Education - Are you planning on going to college or university? Are your parents paying, or are you paying?

Entertainment - How important is it for you to go out with your friends? Do you need to buy the latest shoes? Will you wear name-brand clothing or basic clothing?

Transportation - How will you get to high school or university? Do you need a bus pass or do you want a car? 

Earnings - How much money do you make each month? Will you get a job in high school? Do you want a summer job?

Savings/Investments - What goals do you have for the future? Do you want to buy a house one day?

Donations - Do you really care about donating to a specific organization or cause?

Make a list of 3 goals you have, things you would want to save money on for the future, make them specific to you.
