$y=mx+b$

$ax^2+bx+c=0$

$\left(x-a\right)\left(x-b\right)=0$

a = 4, b = -8, c = 3

x = -2, 3

x = 2, 3

x = 2, -3

 $x=\frac{7}{2},\ x=-6$
