A demilitarised zone was created alone the 38^th parallel, which is the current border.

A peace treaty was signed to end the war.

They helped North Korea push the USA and South Korean forces back across the 38^th parallel.

They could not defeat the USA and South Korea, so North Korean forces remained in China.

They were attacked by the USA with nuclear weapons.
