Extinction occurs in many different ways like deforestation or more population of predators. Yet even today Extinction happens, like poachers are poaching animals like Elephants and Rhinos. There tusks and horns are given to the Chinese. The Chinese think they hold mystical powers like the mystical creature the Unicorn.

There are some species living today like the Gharial crocodile and Komodo Dragon.

Scientists are not sure how they survived Extinction but for sure is that we can see living breathing prehistoric animals and that they are lucky to have survived extinction.

Adaptations is when a species evolves over time and adapt to their environemnt.

Examples of this could be a sunflower which is a plant and an animal like a fox.
