L.O: To understand word opposites and how they are formed

1. Spelling activity;

2. Ask the students to match each word with their opposites.

A suffix is a group of letters added to the end of a root word to change its meaning. The most commonly used suffix for opposites is ; Less.

For example:

Taste- tasteless, colour - colourless, odor - odorless

Other words form their opposites using completely different words.

for example;

Happy - sad , tall- short , light - dark.
