Subject-Verb Agreement
The subject and verb must work together in a sentence.
To make most present tense verbs agree with the singular nouns or he, she, it, add an -s or -es to the verb.
If the subject is a plural noun or I, you, we, they, the verb in present tense does not en in -s.

Singular subject: He watches the bear.
Plural subject: Animals talk in some stories.
Singular subject: Bear is angry.
Plural subject: Ants are small.
