is guessing something without related or based on the knowledge,fact, science, experiments or sometimes just spontaniuous.
Example :
1. There is only a chance that we can get the scholarship.
2. It’s likely we can earn more profit if we promote this product on the internet.

Judging
is to form, give, or have as an opinion, or to decide about something or someone, especially after thinking carefully.
Example:
1. That person is acting/ not acting according to God’s will.
2. That person in acting in a harmful/non harmful manner.
