Why is important to know the Alphabet in a foreign language ?

It is important to learn the correct pronunciation and learn all the letters to the English alphabet to understand and be able to listen to other people.

To recognize which is the word and its meaning in the sentence according to the context, all this because we have some homophone words, that means that some words have a similar pronunciation, but a different meaning.
