Exercise is fun to do! It’s great for you too. It makes your body strong. It can put you in a better mood. You will feel happy and calm. When you exercise, you are being active. You are moving your body in some way. Many people do not get enough exercise. We can do a better job of moving our bodies. The best day to start doing more exercise is today.

1. What is the author trying to convince you to do?

I don’t think Bigfoot is a real being. I think it is just a story. We would have found its hair. We would have found its bones. We would have found its teeth. It is odd that so many people say they have seen Bigfoot. Yet no one has found any true, hard proof. People who say they have seen Bigfoot must be making up stories.
