Adverb of Frequency
Adverbs that tell us how often or frequently something happens or is done are known as adverbs of frequency.

a. My father usually goes for a walk in the park.
b. We have music classes twice a week.
c. Have you ever heard such a story before?
d. People rarely listen to the radio nowadays.
e. Never say die really means always hope for the best.
f. You must exercise daily to keep fit, says our PT teacher.
