It is estimated that the number of collectors in the United States alone is 20 million. The first postage stamp was issued in Great Britain in 1840. It was called the Penny Black. It had a picture of Queen Victoria on it and had to be cut from the set of stamps with scissors.

Scott has a stamp album. Some pages have 1 stamp on them, and other pages have 2 stamps on them. If Scott has 18 stamps, show how many different ways he could put them in the album?
