There are 24 hours in a day...all you have to do is keep counting until 24!
You will always have 4 numbers. Example: 0900 is 9am. 1600 is 4pm
You do not use colons or am and pm.
Some people think it is easier to add 12 to any time after 1 pm. Example: 5pm+12= 1700

Minutes...
When minutes are added to the hours, they stay the same
For instance, the time to the right is either 1010 or 2210 based on whether it is morning or evening.

What about midnight?
Again, there are only 24 hours in a day
There is 2359 then 2400 OR you can use 0000
There is no 2401. After midnight it is 0001, 0002, 0003, etc.
