Obie strony muszą się stawić na pojedynku.
Każda strona musi przygotować sekundantów.
Żaden z uczestników nie może rzucić zaklęcia z innej niż wcześniej ustalonej grupy.
Zaklęcia można rzucić dopiero po sygnale sekundantów.
Pojedynek toczy się na wcześniej ustalonych przez obie strony i spisanych na pergaminie.

Przebieg Pojedynku
Pojedynek powinien wyglądać następująco:
dwóch czarodziei wybiera dokładną dziedzinę zaklęć (niewybaczalne lub zaklęcia krótkotrwałe)
na miejscach swoich sekundantów. Musi być ich dwóch by w razie śmierci osoby biorącej udział w pojedynku zastąpili go.
Uczestnicy stoją na przeciw siebie, kłaniają się sobie i na znak sekundantów rzucają zaklęcia. Wygrany ma prawo do nagrody wcześniej ustalonej przez obydwie strony nagrody.
