Different Day
Today I am in a virtual conference. You will be working on your own. I am providing notes for you in order to complete the assignment. If you have questions feel free to ask, I am never to busy to pull away and help you.

Open Ended
Journal - What is the difference between kinetic and potential energy?
4
Equations to use
Work - Energy Theorem - W = ΔE
Power = tΔE
Power = tW
Energy and Work are both measured in Joules (J) and Power is measured in Watts (W)
5
Two more equations to consider
Kinetic Energy (KE) - KE = 1/2mv2
Translational Kinetic Energy = KEtrans = 1/2mv2
The difference is that translational kinetic energy comes from the center of gravity of an object.
