Turn your phone off or put it away, close excess tabs, turn off the TV, etc.

Communicate boundaries with friends ("I'd love to talk, but I need to do my work right now. Maybe after school?")

Don't try to multi-task - Focus on one thing at a time

Make a to-do list daily and number your priorities (consider importance and urgency)

On your to-do list, break down large tasks into smaller ones.

Create a weekly schedule and don't forget to include downtime!
