Improving Productivity Using IT

•IT has a broad range of uses. It is very important think about what system do you have available and how to best use those systems.

•In this session we will be looking at how best we can use the systems we have to continue working in the new where we have to work. 

Each computer an operating system have different ways that will work. some of these systems were very similar, wear some can work completely different. 

When using any software or operating systems there are guidelines which we have to stick to which are set out by law. These guidelines can be suggestions about how we do things or rules that were not allowed to break.

Shortcuts can help save us a lot of time. Shortcuts mean that an event that would take several seconds to perform can be carried out by the press of two buttons.

Normally (but not always) you will have to press and hold the control key and then another to trigger one of these shortcuts.
