Sp2 Double Reflexive verbs

If a sentence with a reflexive verb also includes a body part or piece of clothing, there is no need to use possessive adjectives (the words for my, our, etc.) in front of item. Just write “the.” 

These sentences already have a lot of words that indicate what the subject is.

In “Yo me cepillo los dientes,” the first three words indicate you are talking about yourself. There’s no need to add “mis dientes” instead of “los dientes.”

Yo me pongo mis zapatos.

Yo me pongo mis zapatos.

Yo me pongo los zapatos.

Yo me pongo mi chaqueta
