看到海龟挣扎的痛苦画面，我顿时感到心疼与无奈。原来，我们的海洋已经遭到污染与破坏。

近年来，海洋的污染问题日益严重，甚至有一些海边旅游胜地被迫暂时关闭，以进行整修与清理工作。无可否认，正因人们的自私，让无辜的海洋生物受害、死亡。

为了拯救海洋，大家应该杜绝会造成海洋污染的活动，而政府也应该严惩那些造成海洋污染的人士。

保护海洋是大家应当的责任，大家应该齐心地爱护海洋，让海洋有一个整洁的家。
