What is resilience?

Having a positive attitude.

Being optimistic.

Regulating emotions.

Having a growth mindset.

Having a positive frame of mind allows you to accomplish your goals.

When you push away the negative thoughts and have positive ones, you work towards an ACHIEVABLE goal instead of a "What If".

Looking on the bright side instead of the negative side makes you work towards the good instead of being brought to the bad.

Regulating negative emotions (and even positive ones!) helps us to think more clearly and make better decisions.

A growth mindset has you seeing difficult situations as challenges that help us GROW.

You will see failures as chances to learn something.
