Choux Paste

Pelajar boleh memilih mana-mana jenis produk pate a choux dan membuat penerangan menggunakan powerpoint slide atau boleh juga menggunakan quiziz slide.

Choux Pastry:

1 cup (130 grams) all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt

1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter

1/2 cup (120 grams) whole (full fat) milk

1/2 cup (120 grams) water

1 teaspoon (5 grams) granulated white sugar

4 large eggs, at room temperature (lightly beaten) (total weight 220 grams (without the shells)

Egg Wash:

1 large egg (55 grams without the shell)

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (50 grams) shaved almonds

Whipped Cream (Chantilly Cream):

1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cold heavy whipping cream

3/4 teaspoon (3 grams) pure vanilla extract

2 - 3 tablespoon (25 - 40 grams) granulated white sugar, or to taste

Garnish:

Powdered (Confectioners or icing) sugar
