$75\%=\frac{75}{100}=\frac{3}{4}$
$\frac{1}{4}\div\frac{3}{4}=\frac{1}{4}\cdot\frac{4}{3}=\frac{1}{3}$

$3\ \frac{1}{3}\%=\frac{10}{3}\div100=\frac{10}{3}\cdot\frac{1}{100}=\frac{1}{30}$ $\Longrightarrow$ $5\div\frac{1}{30}=\frac{5}{1}\cdot\frac{30}{1}=150$
