Unit5.6 Ways of Gathering Feedback From Attendee

Feedback can be obtained through online surveys through survey platforms or apps such as survey monkey or google forms. 

Involves getting live or real-time answers that are quick and easy for the attendee to provide and for the organisation to compile data.

Online feedback is the favoured way to obtain answers with minimal effort.  

Feedback can be collected through forms so that each attendee can formulate his/her own opinion on the overall effectiveness of the programme. 

Some of the areas that attendees could indicate their feedback would include:

Facilities – whether the training room was conducive, whether the equipment was in order, etc.

Materials – whether the handouts were adequate and useful.

Trainer – whether the trainer was knowledgeable and interesting.

Other areas – whether the food (if applicable) was appropriate and sufficient.

in informal discussion where attendees can freely share their views and opinions of the training session.

Provides opportunities for the organisation to probe further on what is shared by the attendees and could result in the gathering of invaluable data that might not be obtained through a survey.
