What is Combustion ?
A chemical process in which a substance reacts with oxygen to give off heat is called combustion

Requirments for combustion to take place
There must be Fuel to burn.
There must be Air to supply oxygen.
There must be Heat (ignition temperature) to start and continue the combustion process.

What is Fire Extinguisher ?
A fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, endangers the user, or otherwise requires the expertise of a fire brigade.
