di George Town Pulau Pinang pada tahun 1951.
Bertujuan memilih 9 orang ahli Pesuruhjaya Perbandaran George Town
12 Kerusi dipertandingkan.
pendaftaran penggundi dilakukan selama 6 minggu. Melibatkan sebanyak 14 514 orang.

Pilihan Raya Majlis Bandaran Kedua

belaku pada 1952 di Kuala Lumpur
12 Kerusi seperti di Sentul, Bangsar, Imbi dan Petaling Jaya.
Kerjasama UMNO dan MCA memenangi 9/12 Kerusi
Terdapat juga pilihanraya di Bandar Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Alor Setar , Melaka dan Seremban.

Pilihan Raya Majlis Perundangan Negeri

Diadakan pada tahun 1954.
Perikatan UMNO- MCA memenangi 226/268 kerusi.
Kejayaan membuktikan penduduk berbilang kaum mampu bertoleransi
