What are verbs ?
A verb is a word that indicates action (eat, walk, speak), situation (to be, to live) or a process (to sleep, to think). A verb tells us what the subject does.

Verbs:
-Indicate TIME (present, past, future)
-Are 2 types, action and non-action verbs.
-Connect the Subject and Predicate together.

Let's look at some examples of action verbs:
I play football.
She eats breakfast.
They sing.
He drinks juice

Keep in mind that :
Stative verbs do NOT refer to a physical action; they express a state or condition.
Examples: Think, Have, Love,
