hadith love for Allah's sake

Narrated Anas: The Prophet said, "Whoever possesses the following three qualities will have the sweetness (delight) of faith:

1. The one to whom Allah and His Apostle becomes dearer than anything else.

2. Who loves a person and he loves him only for Allah's sake.

 3. Who hates to revert to Atheism (disbelief) as he hates to be thrown into the fire." (Bukhari)

Fourth: Giving precedence to what He loves over what you love when you are overtaken by your desires.

Fifth: The heart being avid of Allah’s Names, and Attributes and the heart roaming in that garden of knowledge.

Ninth: Sitting with the beloved and sincere people, benefitting from the most fruitful of their speech. And not to speak unless speaking is more beneficial and you know that it will improve your state and be beneficial to others.

Tenth: Staying away from every cause that comes between the heart and Allah.

When Allah lets us love another, that means, by Allah's Wisdom, we are the best for each other. Tests are sent with Allah's Wisdom for He is Nurturing us. Isn't our ultimate destination, Jannah Firdaus?

When the one we love hurts us, the hurt is deep indeed and the duas are deep. Hence our closeness to Allah has increased. When we love each other for Allah’s sake then He loves us and so do the multitude of Angels in the Heavens.
