Download the Doc as a Word Document

Retype the Doc and give it a different name

Download the Doc as a PDF

Copy and paste the original Doc to a blank Doc

Scroll down, search for the name and retype

Use the Undo/Redo command

Use the Copy/Paste command

Use the Find and Replace with command

Check for any errors found by spell check and grammar check tools

Switch to View mode to see how it will print

Review suggested edits and comments from your collaborators
