Start standing straight up and down (hands by your sides)

Next, jump and spread your legs about shoulder-width apart and stretch your arms up to the sky.

Jump Again, this time bringing your legs and arms back to the starting position.

Repeat

Get into the plank position (hands and feet)

Pull one knee up to your chest and then back down

repeat with the other leg

Keep alternating legs with the knee to chest movement

Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet firmly on the ground

Put your hands behind your head (hands locked together with fingers)

Lean up using your abs muscles

Lay back down on back

Repeat
