The Future Continuous is a verb tense that indicates that something will occur in the future and continue for an expected length of time.

The future perfect tense is for talking about an action that will be completed between now and some point in the future.

I will have finished this book by 6 PM tonight.

I will be reading the book at 6 PM tonight.

At five o’clock, I will be meeting with the management about my raise.

By five o’clock, I will have spoken with the management about my raise.
