 Wear loosefitting, lightweight clothing

Protect against sunburn

Drink plenty of fluids

Take it easy during the hottest parts of the day

Rest in a cool place

Drink cool fluids ( water/ sports drink)

Try cooling measure ( wet towel, cool shower etc.)

Loosen clothing. Remove any unnecessary clothing and make sure your clothes are lightweight and nonbinding

Wear multiple layers

If clothing gets wet, go indoors and remove wet items as soon as possible

Be sure to get enough food and rest to help your body be ready to protect itself against cold.

Remove from cold

Cover with blankets

Provide warm beverages

Use warm, dry compresses (heating pad)
