Do you want  to drink something cold?  ( This is less formal and polite. We usually use this for friends, children, and etc.)

Would you like  to drink something cold? (This is more polite and formal.)

Would you like to have some water?

Would you like to eat an apple?

 Would you like to go to Malaysia?

Would you like to have a horse?

Yes, I’d.    =>           Yes, I would.

No, I wouldn't  =>           No, I would not.
