Please enter the room without talking and take your seat 

Read the board and the screen for instructions 

Take out only things that in the directions

If you need to get out of your seat, please show me 2 fingers. When I look at you and show you 2 fingers you have my permission.

If you need an emergency bathroom break show me 2 fingers and cross them. When I give you a written pass, you have permission.

Confrontation: People are going to be rude sometimes and get frustrated. 

If I deliver a consequence or a private message to a student, I will not announce it to the class.
