Chapter 12-Analyzing Characters

In this chapter, the girls are in a cave with the nagual. Reread page 187, beginning with where Odilia awakens her sisters, until the end of the chapter. Previously, we looked at Odilia and her reactions to the donkey. Then, we looked at how all the sisters reacted to the dead body in the beginning of the book. Now we are looking at how three of the sisters react to a different incident. As we analyze these incidents and their reactions, we learn more about their character.
What does the incident with the nagual reveal about Delia, Velia, and Pita?
